New Tariffs Imposed on Products Imported from China

On May 10, 2019, the US Commerce Department announced that tariffs on selected Chinese products would increase from 10% to 25%.
This announcement leaves us no choice other than to increase our price accordingly by 13.6%.
The effective date of this increase will be June 16, 2019.
In the meantime, Wieland-Kessler reserves the right to limit quantities in the event of orders exceeding your normal buying pattern. You will be notified of any limitations at the time of order.
Negotiations between the US and China are still ongoing and the possibility exists that the situation may change. If this is the case, a further announcement will be made accordingly.
